As a student of learning, you must set high expectations for yourself. We challenge students to produce their own set of goals to achieve success. This is sometimes easier said than done, as different students find different desires motivating. Individuals also find different ways to achieve their goals, too, and as professional educators, we listen and pivot curricula, resources, and personnel to make student excellence possible.

AZ Compass Prep focuses on foundational student character development that establishes our core values. These six character traits are the values we instill in all of our students, staff, and families.

Creating momentum in a tangible way through strong student character values is the foundation for which we believe success can be achieved. Development of character strengths includes students, teachers, parents, and leadership throughout Chandler, AZ. To lead others, you must first learn to lead from within. U.L.E.A.D. is the foundation by which we individually strive to achieve success. INCLUSION
Establishing personal core values and leading oneself is the start of making a great impact within a team. A team is built from strong individual contribution, support and commitment. At AZ Compass Prep School, our students learn how to cultivate their own growth through individualized instruction, challenging PE goals, properly paced blended learning, and more. Students also learn that through self-disciplined individuals, teams can accomplish victories that no single student could achieve alone.
