Deven Johnson will be a part of this season’s National Black team as a true leader and representative of our culture we have established at AZ Compass Prep. Deven Johnson has been a member of the Family throughout his high school career and now is entering his senior season, as a member of the 2023 class. Deven is another lefty, dynamic guard that has the capability to truly do anything the team needs in order to help us win. Deven can play the PG, SG, and CG slots with the ability to create for himself, play-out ball screen actions, and defend at a high level. Deven has excelled in the classroom as well, a leader both on and off the floor. We look forward to seeing Deven progress and graduate this year in Dragon Green and pursue his goals in the future.
