Jordan Ross is a Midwest native joining the Dragons at AZ Compass Prep for the 2022-2023 season from Pleasant Grove, Utah. Playing for Link Academy last season, Jordan established himself as one of the best players in the country, and a premier PG on a national scale. Jordan Ross joins the Dragons at 6’3 with a lefty 3-point jumper that is difficult to defend when paired with his leadership capabilities at the PG position. As we continued the recruiting process for this season, Jordan filled a need for a senior PG that had played in difficult games that went down to the wire. His experience winning the EYBL Championship this past summer for Mokan Elite will be used throughout the year to help us accomplish our goals of winning Geico Nationals. Jordan has a high-level ball handling skillset that allows him to create for teammates, himself, and make plays on both ends of the floor. Jordan can be seen picking up full-court defensively alongside his teammates, as this grit and style of play is part of the culture we have at AZ Compass Prep. Jordan will be a major part of our success this season and with Saint Mary’s College in the WCC for years to come.
